From today, customers will be able to log support issues and requests for enhancements via our website. The support area has been greatly enhanced and customers are able to log calls, track progress and produce reports based on their activity.
In-house, logs are checked and updated on a regular basis and customers will receive e-mail notifiction of each update.
Customers wishing to access this facility should request an access code from us.

Our team went out to Delhi last week to install the software and train the staff who will be responsible for loading airline contracts onto the system.
The call centre is part of the Brightways Travels Group who have also recently taken the Fares Assist web based solution for their offices in London.
