Ticket Notifier
Send ticket and booking information to your customers and branches in your own easy to understand format.
Ticket Notifier has been designed so that a PNR can be retrieved from your chosen GDS and an e-mail, detailing journey and ticket information regarding a passengers booking can be generated by the ticketing office and sent to the originating branch / customer once the ticket has been produced.
A desktop application enables the ticketing department to retrieve the PNR, either by name or locator and to select the required booking from a list provided before selecting to generate an e-mail.
The e-mail generation facility consists of 2 parts. Firstly, the main body of the e-mail will contain default wording as specified by you, this ensures that a standard format is maintained throughout.
The second part will be generated as a PDF attachment, configured specifically for your needs using our 'canned remarks' facility and your own wording in addition to displaying the information within the PNR, including:
- e-ticket details
- Baggage allowance
- Meal requests & other SSR information
- Frequent flyer information
- Fare details
We also allow the option of multiple e-mail report templates as you may have different needs for corporate and retail customers or different requirements for different geographical areas etc.
Additional free format notes and structured notes can also be added to the report at the time of production to make them even more personalised.
A view and re-print facility comes as standard.
